In 2023, Design42 achieved a transformative renovation in an exceptionally unique pre-war condo penthouse within Murray Hill's Historic District.

Design42 executed a modernization renovation in a private residential unit located in the Midtown East neighborhood of NYC. Providing a revamp of the existing kitchen layout as well as a "work from home" space, aligning with the current dynamic lifestyle.

In 2023, Design42 revitalized a pre-war co-op in the Upper West Side of NYC. The project aimed to address the challenges posed by an inadequately sized galley kitchen and bathroom.

In 2021, Design42 executed a remarkable transformation within a pre-war co-op nestled in the Murray Hill Historic District.

Completed in early 2015, Design42 has transformed a pre-war condo situated in the heart of Carnegie Hill’s Historic District.
